Show Up for Greatness
We said it earlier in the year: You have to show up.
When you’re part of the Founders Live community, you’re not only in it — you help create more of it when you get out there and meet people. That’s when things really happen.
Our new leadership coach, Jesse Rhodes, Jr., recently invited Nick and Luis to Amazon’s Black Employees Network annual charity basketball tournament at Amazon HQ in Seattle. This led to numerous intros to people who could become real factors in our progress, reconnecting with others who already are, and simply being in the space where others are doing the same.
By living the third Core Value - Open The Door - Jesse gave us the opportunity to experience not just a great day of local community, but to expand what’s possible in our future.
