We’re growing fast and looking for a driven sales professional who’s ready to take the leap into full-cycle sales — generating leads, building relationships, and closing meaningful B2B deals that drive global impact.

Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Associate (Contract-to-Hire), you’ll own the entire sales process — from prospecting to closing. You’ll work directly with the CEO and Head of Operations in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote environment.

This is an ideal role for someone with strong inside-sales experience who’s ready to level up — mastering the full cycle of generating, nurturing, and closing meaningful B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of B2B prospects for Founders Live

  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and DMs using HubSpot CRM

  • Hold weekly discovery and sales calls with prospects

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and manage all follow-ups

  • Run a clean, efficient, and repeatable full-cycle sales process

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, improve conversion, and scale results

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

  • Required:

    • 2+ years of inside sales experience (B2B environment)

    • HubSpot CRM proficiency

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Proven ability to manage structured outreach and book qualified meetings

    • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

  • Nice to Have:

    • 1+ year of full-cycle B2B sales experience

    • Experience selling digital services, media, or ads/marketing campaigns

    • Familiarity with early-stage startup ecosystems

    • Comfort working in high-autonomy, remote environments

    • Knowledge of AI/automation tools for sales

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Persistent in follow-up and motivated to close

  • Positive, curious, and eager to grow in a global startup environment

Compensation

  • $5,000 USD monthly base (6-month Contract-to-Hire)

  • 50/50 Base + OTE structure

  • Monthly commissions based on performance

Work Environment

  • 100% Remote (U.S. based required)

  • Must be available during Pacific Time Zone work hours

  • Weekly team meetings and daily communication via Circle and Zoom
